Ms. Rimsha Tariq

Ms. Rimsha Tariq is currently serving as Visiting Faculty in the Department of Computer Science at Arid University, Barani Institute of Sciences, Burewala Campus. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arid University and a Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science from Government College University, Faisalabad (GCUF). With a strong academic foundation and a passion for teaching, she has developed a sound understanding of modern computing technologies.Her research interests lie in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with particular focus on data-driven decision-making and intelligent systems. During her MS studies, she worked on various projects involving supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, deep learning models, and Python-based AI toolkits. She has also participated in academic workshops and seminars aimed at promoting AI education in undergraduate programs.

Ms. Rimsha Tariq is a dedicated academic and researcher currently serving as Visiting Faculty in the Department of Computer Science at Arid University. Her academic background is complemented by hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, where she has worked on various research-based and applied projects involving neural networks, deep learning, and intelligent decision-making systems. During her postgraduate studies, she developed a keen interest in data science, and her research focused on using AI techniques to solve real-world problems.

During her undergraduate studies, she demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills. For her final year project, she developed a SoundCloud-inspired mobile application, which allowed users to upload, stream, and share audio content. The project was built using Android Studio and integrated cloud-based storage, real-time streaming, and user authentication. This experience strengthened her understanding of mobile app development, cloud integration, and user interface design. Her MS studies further deepened her expertise in core computer science fields, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She worked on multiple research-oriented projects involving supervised learning algorithms, deep neural networks, and data classification techniques.

Her passion for teaching and continuous learning drives her to contribute actively to academic growth and to inspire the next generation of computer scientists, especially in the domains of intelligent systems and data analytics.
