The evidence shows that taking the right types of breaks makes you more productive. Here is how sports activities help the students to instill the positive input in their work and studies. Barani Institute of Sciences, Sahiwal arranged such a healthy event, Aradian Cricket League (ACL) to infuse the enthusiasm, passion, teamwork and sportsman spirit among students. In total, thirty two teams participated in event from all classes. The juvenile festivity of this event lasted for five days from May 21, 2019 to May 25, 2019. Students cherished their time with celebrations on opening ceremony. In the final ceremony of the event, the winning team of M.Sc. Mathematics was awarded with trophy, cash prize and medals. The runner up team of BSIT (8^th semester) was also awarded with prizes and medals. This event was an addition to avoid the monotony and paved the way towards creation of a healthy atmosphere.
